What is Atlas?
Atlas is LossStack's measurement module with two components. Atlas Roof Measurements lets you order, draft, review, and deliver professional roof measurement reports — residential and commercial — directly inside the claim. Atlas Interior LiDAR lets field professionals capture interior room geometry with supported LiDAR-equipped devices and generate floor plans, room dimensions, ceiling heights, and claim quantities.
Can I order roof measurements without a subscription?
Yes. Non-subscribers can order a roof and weather report bundle for $18.99. Subscribers receive per-report pricing based on their plan: $14.99 (Solo), $12.99 (Pro), or $9.99 (Firm). Commercial Atlas reports use separate pricing and workflow.
Does Atlas support commercial roofs?
Yes. Atlas supports commercial roof measurement reports through a separate commercial workflow. Commercial pricing and timelines differ from residential. Contact us for details.
What devices support interior LiDAR?
Interior LiDAR scanning requires a supported LiDAR-equipped device running the LossStack Field app. Device capabilities and compatibility may vary. Contact us for current supported hardware information.
What happens when I exceed my plan's report allowance?
When you exceed your monthly report allowance, overage charges apply per additional report. Solo: $9.99/report. Pro: $7.99/report. Firm: $5.99/report. Monthly allowances reset each billing cycle.
Can I add more team members?
Yes. Pro plans support additional seats at $39.99/seat/month. Firm plans support additional seats at $29.99/seat/month. Enterprise plans include negotiated seat volumes.
Does LossStack offer Enterprise plans?
Yes. Enterprise plans are available for multi-office organizations requiring custom report volume, dedicated implementation, data migration support, advanced permissions, custom workflows, API or integration review, and commercial agreements. Contact sales for a custom proposal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Solo, Pro, and Firm plans include a free trial period for new accounts. Trial eligibility may be limited. Choose your plan on the pricing page to start your trial.
